• The existing building was doubled to allow for new office space and a conference room for Arizona Exterminating.
• It was decided that the existing grain silo could remain and be used for storage.
• Seamless addition as new block matched existing and the new blue roof tied it all together.
• Created a circular traffic flow.
• Later Krebs Carhuff Architects moved their office to the other half of the building which used to be a music school.

Vista Restoration

• Masonry structure for the main offices with arch and stucco accents.
• Second floor storage space accessed from warehouse.
• Warehouse structure to one side where all the cleaning from fire damage items takes place.
• Site analysis revealed that it was more cost effective to tear down an existing building and do a new building vs. keeping the existing building.
• That analysis helped to form the final design layout which is very efficient for their needs.
