Basic Ranch Grows Up

• The entire middle of the house was removed. A new tall great room space with a kitchen and porch was added.
• San Luis Obispo block accents were used for the new porch columns as well as the interior fireplace.
• Mountain views that were once cut off by low ceilings are now able to be seen in their entirety.

Outdoor Kitchen

• Carport converted to an outdoor kitchen.
• Barbecue, burner, and warming drawer for cooking.
• Sinks, refrigerator and a wine cabinet.
• Paint the ceiling blue to deter birds.
